You may think it is near to impossible to make money without investing some money, but online it is a whole different story, and you can make money with very little effort.
- STEP ONE: START LOW AND BUILD UP
That’s right, don’t jump in at the deep end. You need to start low with easy jobs to make your first few dollars. Look at jobs such as forum posting: there are thousands of jobs and if you accept the right jobs, then you could be making thirty to forty dollars in a day, it really depends how much time you have. The great thing about these jobs is that it takes zero investment and you can use it as a platform to greater heights.
- STEP TWO: WHAT NEXT?
So now you’ve earned some money it is time to put it into action. Assuming that you have around two hundred dollars to work with, this is now the time for using the money to make a real income.
If you want to start earning some read money, then you’ll need an idea. The idea should be simple yet effective, and it would be better for yourself if you think of something that is unique, or that few people are doing, but you must remember that the idea must be to do with making money, whether it’s a commission based project or selling your product, it doesn’t matter as long as you feel comfortable with it.
- STEP THREE: MARKETING
So you have your killer idea, but what are you going to do with it? Well, the simple answer is that you’re going to market it. Make a website advertising your project, as this will increase popularity of your product. If you don’t have the necessary skills to build a website yourself, hire someone to do it for you with that two hundred dollars you have previously earned.
Once your website is set up, you will have to advertise it as much as you can, whether it’s buying links from other people’s site or telling everyone you know, it doesn’t matter as long as you’re getting the hits and making the sales.
- STEP FOUR: RINSE AND REPEAT
Now you’ve started making money, you know how successful you can be. Try and think of another idea and use the profits from the last project to fund it. You can do this over and over again, and as long as your idea is good, you will always make money from it.

thats exactly how i started with forum posting then i used my graphic design skills and now i have 3 websites which earn a nice ammount with adsense.
its hard work though and not a stroll in the park like some people whould have you believe.

Nice post Farrhad. I’d like to add one more tip : those who are new to making money online should never start a blog to make money. Making money from blogging is not easy at all and takes a lot of time. There are much better ways of making money quickly.

I’d like to add a couple of points here:
1. Content is king: Make sure you have the eyeball strength (no. of *active* users/readers), before taking the plunge to monetise your blog. The only thing that brings in readers - old and new alike, is if what you’re writing / offering / serving is of use to them.
2. One man’s meat is another man’s mutton: LOL, ok - apologies for mashing up that old adage, but it holds true - techniques that might work very well for a particular site and audience need not work for another just as well. One has to work at it and keep analysing and thinking about what would work best.
3. Don’t hesitate to take risks or to make mistakes - it’ll only ensure that you won’t repeat the same (if you’re wise enough) in the future.
4. This is the most important thing of all - Commitment. If you start a project, see it through - focus on it, do the best you can and ask for help whenever you need it.

Great little action plan there its obvious you have to start somewhere and build up. Some people start with just a domain and some free blogging software like wordpress and end up making hundreds of dollars a week with little effort.

I’d like to add probably I did not even spend a dim till now. Even I bought the domain for free. But Making an average money too. But I soon realized that you must spend little to make money online. I did not even spend any money except for the hosting.
